Al Furqan Center

Founded by Maulana Shamse Alam Qasmi, Al Furqan Center is dedicated to spreading the illuminating wisdom of the Quran. With over a decade of teaching experience, Maulana Qasmi has developed simplified methods to teach Quranic Arabic, making it accessible for learners across all backgrounds.

Our vision is to bring people closer to the Quran through flexible, online learning—regardless of age, education, or location. With a global reach, expert mentorship, and a growing network of trained educators, we aim to not only educate but also inspire positive change in the lives of our students through the guidance of the Quran.

The Founder

Maulana Shamse Alam Qasmi

Maulana Shamse Alam Qasmi is the Director and Founder of Al Furqan Institute. He completed his Hifz e Quran from Gorakhpur (U.P). He obtained his Aalimiyat and Fazilat degrees from Azamgarh & Darul Uloom, Deoband respectively. The search for knowledge and the desire to learn and get expertise in the language of the Quran led him to pursue Bachelor’s and Master’s in Arabic from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Thereafter, to establish himself as a teacher, he completed his B.Ed also. In the meantime, he also established himself as an Arabic-to-English (or vice versa) translator and obtained a Diploma in the same from the Institute for specialisation in the Arabic language. However, his inclination towards Deen and realisation of its guidance towards leading a successful life in Duniya and Aakhirah, made him curious about learning more. He decided to dedicate his life towards spreading the illuminating wisdom and knowledge of the Quran. Therefore, he chose to teach the Quran as a full-time profession.

Maulana has more than 10 years of teaching experience. He is also a chief mentor and trainer in his institute. His exemplary teaching skills simplify the Quranic Arabic Grammar for students and make the Quran easy to learn and understand. He has dedicated himself to this noble work thoroughly and passionately.

He has trained several students under his mentorship and supervision. Many of his students, male and female alike, are turning out to be trainers and offline educators. His institute has invented a simplified and new technique to make people learn the Quran in every corner of the world. Al Furqan Institute’s online platform is giving the Quranic knowledge to thousands of curious souls around the globe and making their life better. Through his hard work, Maulana has managed to build a team of experienced and dedicated members who are the strength and pillars of Al Furqan institute.

To spread Quranic teachings to the masses and make Quranic understanding accessible to people of all ages, genders, and groups.
To organize classes at different times, catering to individuals from various professions.
To train students completing the courses so that they can independently serve the Quran, either on their own or by becoming part of Al-Furqan Center.
